CrossFit to me is not only about keeping fit and healthy. It is a community that gave me a sense of belonging, enabled me to improve my confidence, develop my social skills, and forge life-changing friendships. I coach because my passion lies in wanting to develop other people’s functional abilities in order to improve their long term quality of life. I hope to better the health and fitness of the local community by creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where people can have fun, get sweaty and make their daily workout the best hour of their day.
